Mondero Solar is a trading name of Alyris Ltd. Registered in England & Wales, company no. 15080198. Registered office: 51 St Marys Road, Tonbridge, Kent TN9 2LE.

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of an installation: those come in writing with your quote.

Using this site

You're welcome to read, print and share the pages here for your own use. The text, photographs, logos and design belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us, so please don't republish them elsewhere as your own.

Figures on this site

Any savings, payback periods or generation figures shown here are illustrative. They describe a typical home, not yours. Roof pitch and orientation, shading, how much electricity you use and when you use it all change the answer, sometimes considerably.

Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer. We confirm real figures for your property after a survey, in writing.

Quotes and installation work

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If a survey uncovers something that changes the work needed, we'll tell you and re-quote rather than proceed on the old figure.

The installation itself is governed by the contract we issue with your quote, which sets out the price, the scope, payment stages and cancellation rights. If anything on this page appears to conflict with that contract, the contract is what counts.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply as normal and nothing here reduces them.

Our guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship. Equipment is covered separately by the manufacturer's own product warranties, which we pass on to you in full and hand over with your paperwork.

Installations are carried out and certified by MCS-certified partners, and you receive the certification for your system on completion.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, for example to a manufacturer, a certification body or a government scheme, we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or do.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it is complete or error free, or that it is always available. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from relying on the information here rather than on a written quote or survey.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first and we'll put it right. Email admin@monderosolar.co.uk or call us on 07753 165005, and we'll acknowledge your complaint and explain what happens next.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
